No hidden fees. Ever.
- The rate you see is the rate you pay — per minute, for the reader you’re matched with.
- No signup fee, no membership charge, no “unlock this reader” paywall.
- You can end a reading at any point; you’re only ever billed for the minutes you actually used.
- If your match isn’t the right fit in the first couple of minutes, we’ll switch you to another reader at no charge.
- Your card is never charged automatically for a follow-up reading without you actively starting one.

New visitors get their first 3 minutes with a matched reader completely free. If you’d like to continue past that, you’ll see the per-minute rate clearly before you’re charged for anything further.
No. If your first match isn’t the right fit, switching to a new reader doesn’t cost you anything — we want you talking to the right person, not paying to find them.
Yes. Payments are processed securely and we never store full card details on our own servers. You’ll always see the cost clearly before a charge goes through.
